The Production Home Assembler follows work orders and instructions to accurately and efficiently prepare and assemble building components and homes in a factory assembly line environment. This role involves operating various hand and power tools for carpentry duties, including framing, laying out, and building floors and walls. Responsibilities also include installing electrical lines, switches, receptacles, and panels, preparing and installing drywall, completing roof construction (decking, flashing, shingling), performing cabinet and finish carpentry, installing siding, windows, and doors, and painting interior and exterior surfaces. The assembler is also responsible for final finish cleaning, cooperating with team members, adhering to safety standards, and performing other assigned tasks.
