The impact you’ll make in this role As a Temporary Part-Time Production Helper, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $22.26/hour plus shift differentials. We’re building a pipeline of talent for this role and will consider applicants for current and upcoming opportunities as they become available. This position sits within Solventum’s Manufacturing Operations, specifically at one of our global production facilities, where our teams play a hands-on role in bringing life-changing healthcare solutions to life. Our plant teams are essential to advancing Solventum’s mission, ensuring the consistent, high-quality production of medical and dental products that healthcare providers and patients rely on every day. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)
1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role
Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Nice To Haves

Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies
Packing finished or semi-finished products
Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
Supporting the team when meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals
Using on-line reporting to document production and usage
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
