About The Position

Corrugated Packaging Company looking for production/ warehouse workers in Springfield, MA. This is a 2nd Shift position with hours from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The starting pay is $21.57 per hour. We will train you to operate our converting machines to produce corrugated packaging. You will learn to perform routine maintenance on the machine and adjust machine settings to achieve the desired dimensions and quality of the corrugated products. You will inspect the corrugated products for defects and take corrective actions as needed. Communication with team members and supervisors is essential to ensure production goals are met safely with quality products. Following safety procedures and guidelines is crucial to maintain a safe work environment. Keeping the work area clean and organized is also a responsibility, as is assisting with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials.
