Production Heavy Operator - 1st Shift
About The Position
ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Production Technician Heavy Operator to join their team in Neenah, WI. The production facilities process industrial laundry, including washing, drying, preparing, and organizing floor mats, shop towels, uniforms, and Sorbits®, their own absorbent brand line of products. Items to be cleaned come directly from the customer. This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis. The 1st Shift Schedule is 5am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Pay is $19.17 per hour. ITU AbsorbTech was founded in 1908 as an industrial laundry company and is one of the oldest family-owned industrial laundries in the country, based in New Berlin, WI. They have 15 facilities across the eastern US, servicing thousands of manufacturers by providing reusable uniforms, mops, towels, and mats. Since the mid-1990s, they have been a top choice in environmental services by offering launderable absorbents, replacing disposable products, and recover over 200,000 gallons of oil and solvents from customers' used products each year. Requirements
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (Lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for an 8 hour shift)
