About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Hand Packager/Finisher to join their team. In this role, you will assemble, package, and finish products while helping ensure completed orders meet quality standards. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift. The company offers a 1000 New Hire Incentive and DailyPay, allowing employees to get paid on their first day. Requirements

Experience working with equipment in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to follow established procedures and production guidelines
Attention to detail and ability to perform basic quality checks
Ability to work effectively in a production environment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities

Assemble, bind, and package materials and finished products
Perform basic quality checks, including measuring, weighing, counting, strength testing, and inspecting product and package appearance
Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and prepare products for shipment
Stack completed boxes on pallets according to job requirements
Follow job instructions and established production procedures
Maintain an organized and safe work area
