Advantage Label & Packaging (A UFP Packaging Company) is seeking a Production Graphic Designer to create all art, prepare files for production, and manage the customer art approval process. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and/or 3+ years' experience with computer graphic programs and Graphic Design creation in practical application.
Ability to learn Advantage Label purchasing software, email, and art programs.
Training on specific procedures: Pr-4.0-02, Pr-7.2-01, Pr-7.4-01, Pr-7.4-02, Pr-8.2-01, Pr-8.5-01.

Responsibilities

Create customer requested art for orders.
Maintain and manage multiple customer art files.
Communicate with customers and team members during creation, revision, and approval process.
Ensure quality and accuracy in the artwork created and approved.
Understand and implement prepress requirements.
Communicate with vendors in the purchasing of plates.
Handle receiving and inspection of plates from vendors.
Communicate any need for supplies or items that would make graphic design more efficient or improve quality to the Quality Manager.
Work with staff as a team, and with respect.
Effectively and efficiently manage time.
