About The Position

2BGlass is seeking a dedicated, meticulous Production Glassblowing Gaffer to join our team in Cameron Park, CA. We are a high-volume, design-driven studio focused exclusively on production—we do not teach classes. Our primary output includes pumpkins, ornaments, cups, and acorns, all created using traditional glassblowing techniques. We are looking for a true craftsman—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values repetition and refinement, and has an exacting eye for detail. The ideal candidate has experience in high-output professional studios where both speed and quality are non-negotiable. Requirements

Previous experience in a professional, high-volume production glassblowing environment is required.
Must be proficient in mold blowing creating consistent shapes
Must be proficient in making stems
Must be proficient in finishing ornament hoops with high precision and repeatability
Must be able to handle a ten block of glass
Must be able to do neck lining
Must be able to do dropping color
Reliable professional who shows up on time, every time
Stays focused and efficient on the floor
Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
Works well within a small, collaborative team
Highly team oriented
A bench test will be required for all final candidates.
