Responsible for effective continuous operation and change-over of pizza production line. Must be versatile to work between the crust and boxing end of the production line which may include laying pizza crust on the line, stacking pizzas and/or packing pizzas in boxes. Be able to keep track of inventories, counts of ingredients and finished products. Check and communicate code dates to other workers. Timely notification to Maintenance and Supervision of equipment problems. Notify Supervision of actual or potential problems. Must be able to follow verbal instructions from Supervision. Responsible for complying with GMP’s, maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area. Responsible for use of required safety equipment and complying with proper safety procedures.
