Requirements

Proficiency in operating all warehouse equipment.
Ability to line machines.
Basic math skills.
Strong communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
Forklift certification is required, or the willingness to become certified through company-provided training.
Proactive attitude.
Knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Strategically placing full products, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to guarantee freshness.
Unloading empty can bodies and expertly moving them to the production area.
Wrapping loads according to established procedures.
Ensuring the correct empty cans are placed on the de-pal.
Ensuring the right wraps are applied on case packers.
Completing essential paperwork accurately, including the cleaning checklist, line checklist, pre-operating forklift checklist, and documentation for drivers.
Strapping, stacking, and loading dunnage.
Placing pallets of lid sleeves for the filler.
Keeping the shrink wrapper machine running smoothly by changing rolls as needed.
