About The Position

The Production Foreman is responsible for providing technical and leadership skills to oversee and manage roof installations to company standards.

Requirements

• Extensive flat/low-slope commercial roofing experience/skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent safety awareness
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic technology skills
• 4 years of Commercial Roofing Experience

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 (preferred)
• High school diploma (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and accountability for Roof Technicians assigned to their crew.
• Train crew members in best roofing practices.
• Oversee onsite activities for service work.
• Monitor and ensure that work is being performed safely by everyone on the job site.
• Work with the Production Department to achieve company revenue, expense, and profit goals.
• Install roof projects according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Complete reports pertaining to daily work, vehicles, or equipment.
• Review daily projection goals and safety plans with the crew at the beginning of each day.
• Provide exceptional customer service when representing MRS to customers.
• Ensure the safety, quality, accuracy, and timeliness of roof installs and related tasks in the field.
• Collaborate with MRS, LLC employees to meet and exceed industry standards and processes.
