About The Position

We are seeking a Production Floater to join our team. As a Production Floater, you will be accountable for supporting production and wrapping operations by providing coverage for team members during breaks and lunches while ensuring continuous workflow, product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency throughout the department.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Ability to read, write, and complete accurate, legible documentation.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn and perform multiple production-related positions.
Knowledge of or ability to follow GMP, food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and support operational needs across the department.

Nice To Haves

Previous bakery or food manufacturing experience.
Experience working in a multi-position production support or relief role.
Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems.
Experience completing production or quality control documentation.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and production workflows.

Responsibilities

Support production and wrapping operations to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
Relieve team members across multiple production positions during breaks and lunches while performing required job duties.
Maintain product flow by ensuring workstations are properly supplied with dollies, trays, and other required materials.
Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, Quality, Allergen, and HACCP requirements.
Communicate food safety, quality, and equipment concerns promptly to supervision and support continuous operational excellence.
