About The Position

You'll serve as a key resource supporting production operations across our Chambersburg facility. In this role, you'll provide flexible support across departments and teams, helping ensure production goals, quality standards, food safety requirements, and customer expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities

• Assist production teams across multiple departments based on operational needs.
• Learn and perform a variety of production tasks and responsibilities.
• Help ensure production schedules and daily goals are achieved.
• Support line startups, changeovers, cleaning activities, and operational transitions.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Work closely with team members and leaders across the facility.
• Jump in where support is needed most and adapt to changing priorities.
• Assist with training and cross-functional learning opportunities.
• Communicate concerns, observations, and improvement ideas to leadership.
• Help create a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Follow food safety, quality, GMP, and sanitation requirements.
• Support accurate completion of production and operational documentation.
• Identify issues, risks, or inefficiencies and communicate them appropriately.
• Take pride in producing products that meet Dieffenbach's standards and customer expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
