About The Position

TruRoots is seeking a Production Filler Operator to work on its manufacturing team in Havre de Grace, Maryland. This hands-on role operates, monitors, and maintains filling equipment to package products safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting food safety, quality, and production standards. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM, with no weekends. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The role is eligible for a monthly bonus, annual merit increases, and a pay-for-skill program.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, food production, or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor filling equipment according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.
• Verify fill weights, measurements, and product quality throughout the production process.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet production goals and efficiency targets.
