Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors. We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to support supplier operations by monitoring production flow, part readiness, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery of quality products. This role serves as an on-site representative working closely with suppliers to track progress, communicate status updates, identify risks, and help drive recovery plans when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing, production control, and supply chain coordination experience. This is a full-time, first-shift position. Apply today—we are urgently hiring! Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, expediting, supply chain, or operations support
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling and supplier management processes
  • Ability to identify process constraints, quality concerns, and production planning gaps
  • Experience working with inventory, materials planning, logistics, or shipping coordination
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and standard business software
  • Must be a local.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder)

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace, automotive, or medical device manufacturing background is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production activity and track progress against schedules and commitments
  • Provide status updates on open orders, production milestones, and shipment readiness
  • Identify potential risks to delivery dates and escalate concerns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with supplier teams on production priorities, shortages, bottlenecks, and recovery plans
  • Review production plans, inventory levels, and material availability to support schedule adherence
  • Help ensure parts are produced and shipped on time while meeting required quality standards
  • Communicate daily and weekly updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support issue resolution related to quality, production delays, inspection processes, or logistics
  • Verify supplier focus remains on critical parts and delivery commitments
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation on project progress
  • Runs reports as needed
