Autoskin Production Engineer
About The Position
The Production Engineer will be responsible for utilizing SAP, WMS, and MES systems for production planning, monitoring, and inventory management. This role involves planning, scheduling, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient operations, monitoring daily production activities, and analyzing production performance for stable manufacturing. The engineer will manage and plan raw material requirements, maximize production yield, and optimize raw material utilization. Coordination with various teams such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain is essential. The role also includes monitoring and managing inventory levels, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP, WMS, and MES systems for production planning, monitoring, and inventory management.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize production processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor daily production activities and analyze production performance to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
- Manage and plan raw material requirements to support production schedules and minimize shortages.
- Maximize production yield through continuous process monitoring and improvement.
- Optimize raw material utilization to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvement.
- Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production and material consumption data to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making.
- Investigate production and material-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
