About The Position
D&W is looking for a Production Engineer for our Corporate Facility in Auburn, NY. Production Engineers provide technical support to the D&W production departments. You will apply your mechanical/electro-mechanical abilities to improve D&W’s remanufacturing processes.
Requirements
- An engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to work hands on
- Experience with electrical systems and/or software programing
- Experience creating and reading machine/assembly drawings
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- New product development
- Perform failure analysis and problem solving
- Develop creative ideas for reclaim processes
- Troubleshoot and take the lead on technical procedures
- Provide technical support to production departments and customers
