About The Position

This is an entry-level production position at the Lyons Falls, NY facility. The role involves performing property-tending duties and other assigned laboring jobs. The employee will also fill in for Pulper Loader or Fourth (4th) Hand when needed. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the work area and adhering to plant rules for safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The position requires the ability to understand and follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Twin Rivers Food Safety Policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Basic computer skills, including ability to enter data accurately
• Capable of learning computer systems as needed

Nice To Haves

• Must possess strong attention to detail and has good problem-solving abilities
• Capable of being qualified to safely operate/drive a lift truck

Responsibilities

• Performs property-tending duties and other assigned laboring jobs
• Fills in for Pulper Loader or Fourth (4th) Hand when needed
• Maintains and upkeep a high level of cleanliness in the work area
• Observe and follow plant rules for safety and GMP
• Follow the Twin Rivers Food Safety Policy and food safety procedures when performing all tasks
• Ability to understand and follow written SOPs
