About The Position

Communication & Design (C&D) is a specialty practice within HUB International, comprised of creative professionals including writers, designers, consultants, project managers, and web/app developers. The team specializes in multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, and web platforms, with a primary focus on Employee Benefit Communications designed to engage employees and simplify benefits information. The Production Designer will be responsible for formatting and populating high-quality PowerPoint templates, with additional support on Adobe InDesign and WordPress projects. This role requires strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, and WordPress, along with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color. The team values humor, creativity, and individuality.

Requirements

• At least two years of graphics/production experience in a professional environment.
• Fast and accurate hands-on skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and WordPress.
• Comfortable using standard business software (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to compose clear and concise correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Format and populate high-quality PowerPoint templates.
• Provide support on projects in Adobe InDesign and WordPress as needed.
• Edit existing materials using PowerPoint templates.
• Make design updates in Adobe InDesign files, ensuring clean and consistent layouts, styles, and formatting.
• Conduct final design reviews for polish, accuracy, and consistency before client delivery.
• Assist with edits and content updates in WordPress.
• Produce and deliver work on time, meeting deadlines set by the project manager.
• Work within established design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Manage client assets, including developing, organizing, and maintaining client folders on a shared network.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
