About The Position

LA (Lindeman & Associates) launched in 2015 and quickly established itself as a leader in the entertainment advertising space, winning Clio’s Agency of the Year in 2017. LA brings together artists, editors, and storytellers into one hyper-collaborative team specializing in crafting iconic 360° campaigns. Our work grows audiences, sparks conversations, builds brands, and shapes culture. Though we hail from around the country - and the world - Los Angeles is our creative home and our muse. LA is seeking an experienced Production Designer to join our LA Managed Services team under a contract expected to run up to 12 months, with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance. In this role, you will create a variety of assets used to engage and attract consumers for one of our most high-profile clients. You will focus on how design resources, standards, and knowledge reach the people who need them. You will work closely with creative leads, UI/UX teams, and engineering to develop the systems, tools, and content that connect our creative teams, production-design teams, and operations teams to the resources they need. The work spans a range of formats, from static and motion diagrams to animations and video, and includes presenting new guidelines directly to teams in training sessions. As product specifications and standards evolve, keeping resources accurate and current is an ongoing and essential part of the role.
