About The Position

The ALDO Group is seeking a Production Designer, Store Marketing, to support North America stores by producing and adapting in-store marketing across store generations. You will take projects from initial mockups through final mechanicals and press-ready files, ensuring brand consistency and print accuracy. This role partners closely with store marketing, creative, and print vendors to deliver on-time, high-quality executions.

Requirements

  • Degree/DEC in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years in production design/graphic design (retail preferred).
  • Expert in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong pre-press/print production knowledge (mechanicals, typography, file prep).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative self-starter with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Convert brand direction into in-store activations and campaigns.
  • Adapt creative across store formats and ensure consistent execution.
  • Create production-ready mechanicals for signage and in-store collateral; prep press-ready files and release to vendors.
  • Participate in press checks and store tests as needed.
  • Design store communications layouts, and execution guides.
  • Maintain store specs and related databases.
  • Follow timelines and coordinate delivery with project leads and vendors.
  • Maintain production specs, guidelines, and seasonal signage templates.
  • Create and organize print/digital campaign assets for internal teams and stores.
