About The Position

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our Montreal location. This role is responsible for managing and controlling all of Hood Packaging's day-to-day production operations for the shift (A, B, C, or D). The incumbent must ensure the execution of the daily production plan in the safest manner, on time, and using all the resources required. They will be the main point of contact for their team for any issues related to day-to-day activities on the production floor.

Requirements

Must be able to work in a factory environment while moving safely.
Must be able to work in a unionized environment.
Must be able to maintain quotas and production standards.
Must provide supervision and coaching.
May be confronted with conflictual situations.
Regular use of factory computers, telephones.
Must be able to detect color and color variations.
Experience as a Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities
