About The Position

The Production Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of cannabis products and related materials between company facilities, dispensaries, and approved locations. This position requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to changing delivery schedules and operational needs throughout the day. In addition to delivery responsibilities, this role supports production and warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, order preparation, packaging, and other operational tasks when not on delivery routes.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and able to adjust to route changes, schedule modifications, and evolving business needs.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to complete delivery schedules and operational requirements.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous delivery, transportation, warehouse, logistics, or cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws, state cannabis regulations, and company policies.
  • Deliver cannabis products, inventory, and materials accurately and on schedule to designated locations.
  • Load, unload, and transport inventory, totes, boxes, and other materials safely and efficiently.
  • Verify product counts, manifests, and delivery documentation before departure and upon delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, mileage, and required transportation documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding route changes, delays, delivery issues, or operational concerns.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with inventory handling, order preparation, packaging, and other production-related tasks when not completing deliveries.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, delivery schedules, and operational demands as business needs require.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of cannabis products during transport at all times.
  • Provide professional customer service when interacting with dispensary personnel, vendors, and team members.
