About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our production and research team. This role focuses on data reporting, administrative coordination, and maintaining accurate production records to support day-to-day packhouse operations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Background in statistical coding such as R, Python, Matlabs or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience or exposure to data analysis tools is an asset
• Experience working with databases or BI/reporting tools
• Previous experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Support grower reporting by providing timely data and feedback
• Maintain consistent and accurate reporting processes
• Utilize and help optimize database/BI tools to deliver real-time production insights
• Oversee record keeping to ensure operational compliance
• Assist with data entry across multiple areas (packing, pricing)
• Coordinate with the Health & Safety team to maintain and update training documentation for packhouse activities
