About The Position

Our location in Pembroke, NC has an opening for a Production Data Clerk. This role is responsible for analyzing production orders, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting the production team with D365 expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting within an ERP system, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Must understand basic mathematical concepts.

  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • 1-3 years of experience entering data, troubleshooting, and generating reports in D365 or other ERP systems.
  • Able to stand for at least ten hours per day.
  • May have various repetitive motion duties.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel or bend.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and is required to ask for assistance if limit is exceeded.
  • Must be able to work in a food allergens environment.
  • Working environment provides exposure to environmental changes (heat, cold, dampness, and chemicals).
  • Employee must be able to sustain these changes throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze production orders and accompanying documents, making necessary adjustments before closing.
  • Meet with Finance to review prior day variances, review prior week’s Production Orders before ending, and conduct monthly analysis of variances and issues.
  • Review virtual bins daily to ensure inventory accuracy and correct any discrepancies such as under-consumption or over-reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Department to clear Production Order Stalls and maintain traceability and inventory accuracy.
  • End Production Orders in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to Production as a D365 subject matter expert.
  • Complete other assigned clerical or administrative tasks.
  • Oversee Production Orders, including issuing, monitoring, analyzing data, adjusting, correcting, and ending.
  • Read all product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials.
  • Understand units of measure.
  • Understand the significance of accurate reporting and data entry.
  • Clarify missing information by contacting the document author.
  • Maintain the current tracking system and update it to meet future requirements.
  • Understand the management of Quality Systems and be familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices.
  • Adhere to PPE requirements as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
