About The Position

The Production & Customer Success Manager will lead a small team of approximately four or five people and stay actively involved in daily production. You’ll connect the work, the people, and the customers—helping the team deliver today while building a stronger operation for the future. This role requires a player-coach who works alongside the team, is comfortable with hands-on production work, and sets clear expectations while balancing current tasks with future preparation. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who earns trust through listening, clear communication, and follow-through, understanding the needs of both employees and customers. Success in this role is measured by the success of others, involving support, obstacle removal, strength recognition, confidence building, and encouraging ownership and shared credit.

Requirements

  • Experience managing projects and working directly with customers is especially valuable.
  • Communicate clearly, organize competing priorities, and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to work respectfully and effectively with people with physical or intellectual disabilities and other barriers to employment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and learning new systems.
