About The Position
Highly organized, detail oriented, team player wanted! Our team is responsible for processing bulk rope, in-house kit items, custom splicing, and wire swaging services. We will teach you, so don’t worry if you’ve never had a job like this before. This is a fun CREW to work on, everyone gets along very well, and we have a great time working together. Our facility has access to virtually every type of cordage there is, so you get the chance to work on just about anything. Splicers have the responsibility of creating custom spliced ropes for our customers and must be able to communicate well. All our Splicers receive training and practice time to pass and maintain the required certifications for the splices they make. Safe splices are of the highest importance to us, and we produce the absolute best splicing work every single day.
Requirements

- The willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to work with their hands which include repetitive motions and heavy lifting.
