As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Production Department, on 2nd Shift as a Crane Operator.

Requirements

MUST HAVE experience in operating overhead cranes and forklifts
Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Basic math and recording abilities
Keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

Operate a traveling or stationary overhead crane to lift, move, and position loads using hoisting attachments such as hooks and slings.
Observes load hookup and determines the safety of the load.
Manipulates or depresses crane controls to regulate speed and speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.
Ensure the correct materials are placed in the correct position for placement onto production line.
This position may also require sorting of finished material and movement to other departments in the manufacturing facility.
