About The Position

Production plays a meaningful part in helping people engage fully in services, livestreams, and special events at CLC. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys live production, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by building teams. Success in this role means developing staff and volunteers into confident, capable leaders while helping ensure our services and events are supported with excellence. Success in this role means production systems are well maintained, services are supported with excellence, staff are growing in their responsibilities, and volunteers are engaged, equipped, and empowered to serve.
