About The Position

The Brothers that just do Gutters is a growing 5-Star home services company in DFW. We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Production Coordinator to manage and improve our current systems, maintain shop organization, and lead a team of installers. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance to Production Manager and potentially General Manager for individuals who effectively lead and manage people.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of production.
• Offer consistent and friendly customer service.
• Provide support to all areas of the business's production.
• Manage and lead a team of installers.
• Maintain shop organization and stocking.
• Manage the material inventory system.
• Manage the equipment inventory system.
• Handle purchasing of materials.
• Stage materials for jobs.
• Conduct safety equipment inspections.
• Assist colleagues including Owners, Sales, and Installers.
