Requirements

High Diploma
Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products
Experience organizing files and documents
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production resources within the Company to ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within specifications.
Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.
Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate
Work with production personnel to ensure metric goals are understood
Update and utilize visual management boards to drive results.
Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completed.
Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership daily.
Assist management team with action item updates as required.
Ensure accuracy of E-KANBAN system
Create shop orders and shippers for customers
