About The Position

We seek a dynamic Client Engagement Production Coordinator responsible for supporting the Account Director, Account Manager, and other account team members in developing and coordinating projects, and production through delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with internal HH Global teams, agency partners, and suppliers. The primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service to the client – ensuring all involved adhere to specified deadlines and budgets, negotiating costs within defined limits and time frames for each job to ensure that internal procedures are always followed. The ideal candidate will have production experience and the ability to work with complex projects and diverse teams. This will be a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL This role will be required to be on-site 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and leadership
  • Ability to communicate confidently with internal team members, track projects, work with other agency partners, and coordinate all production projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and campaigns to both the client and internal teams
  • Ability to identify, interpret, and prioritize business requests
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and Power BI a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team on reporting requests to help support client objectives.
  • Support the Account PM team on buy milestones such as compiling master requests for quote (RFQ) documents to send out to supplier partners.
  • Support the Account PM team on centrally funded ad hoc orders – reporting, job entry, and PPT presentation decks.
  • Support the Account manager QC and compile portfolio wide buy decks.
  • Develop a strong working understanding of the client's business model and needs.
  • Assist in developing a strategy to meet client business needs.
  • Build trust and rapport with the client, fellow team members, agency partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay apprised of trends in the marketing/advertising space and advise as applicable to the client.
  • Ensure strong quality standards are upheld, and HH Global's image is positively reflected in all work.
