About The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization. The Production Coordinator works closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office products.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and scanning production reports.
  • Identifying reoccurring time issues.
  • Compile overtime hours and generate OT reports by department.
  • Maintain cross training and skills matrix for the Foundrymen levels I, II, III and Inspector levels I and II.
  • Assist in critical spare part inventory control and monitoring.
  • Collect, compile, and submit supervisor overtime hours to payroll.
  • Assist Superintendents on scheduling weekend overtime coverage on the shutdown plan spreadsheets.
  • Assist Operation Manager in any other projects or duties assigned.
