Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Coordinator to support our Production Team and assist in managing residential construction projects from scheduling through completion. This role blends administrative coordination with hands-on project support, making it an ideal entry point for candidates looking to grow into a Project Manager position. Purpose: This role is responsible for production scheduling, coordinating project logistics, supporting Project Managers in the field, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with customers. The primary goal is to keep projects moving efficiently while delivering excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in residential construction (experience is a plus)
- Proficient with computers or tablets
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills

Responsibilities
- Project and schedule tentative installation dates for upcoming jobs
- Maintain and update CRM and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Schedule inspections and track results
- Communicate project status updates daily and weekly to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines and progress
- Work closely with Project Managers to support active home improvement projects
- Report production progress
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating material deliveries, returns, and inventory
- Upload photos documenting job progress
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain higher customer satisfaction rating
