About This Role As a production coordinator at Jubilee, you’ll be the engine that keeps set days running smoothly and seamlessly! You’ll take the lead on hiring crew, locking in locations, and securing gear for shoot days. You’ll get the opportunity to partner with our creative, casting, and production teams in creating viral and thought-provoking content! The ideal candidate for this role is nimble, collaborative, and highly organized!

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in media production
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Skilled at written and verbal communication
A master multi-tasker with the ability to work calmly under pressure
Comfortable operating and managing production equipment

Nice To Haves

Experience working in digital media or branded content is a plus!
Knowledge of Sony camera systems (FX series) is a plus

Responsibilities

Schedule shoots and arrange calendars with talent, crew, and locations
Partner with directors to develop production schedules
Collaborate with our casting team to confirm and coordinate with cast members
Create and distribute call sheets
Oversee the organization of Jubilee’s in-office studio and manage the equipment check-out process
Reserve locations and equipment rentals
Be present and proactive on set and mitigate conflicts as needed
