Requirements

A minimum of three years’ experience in manufacturing operations
Intermediate level computer skills in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to utilize ERP as a primary tool for production tracking, ensuring data integrity and minimizing manual workarounds
Basic reading, writing, math skills

Nice To Haves

Cleanroom/ISO 13485 experience preferred
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, FIFO, OEE, and visual management)

Responsibilities

Execute and oversee the repacking of materials to meet shipping requirements.
Enforce FIFO material sequencing across all secondary operations.
Own the physical organization, cleanliness, and visual management of WIP and containment cages.
Collaborate with Scheduling, Quality and Shipping.
Coordinate with quality to execute rework work orders.
Build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization.
Perform auditing of accurate line clearance.
Confirm WIP counts against ERP reporting to ensure data integrity.
Active in operational excellence, providing suggestions for continuous improvement.
Provide progress reports and updates as requested by leadership.
Other responsibilities as assigned such as trimming parts, operating manual presses, bag and tag for auto press, etc.
