We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a critical role in the success of every roofing project we take on. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps materials, timelines, communication, and logistics running smoothly — working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
• A clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-driven, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and follow-through
• A collaborative team player who's comfortable working across departments

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
