Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in production, operations, visual merchandising, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and organizational/project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Interest in production, fabrication, and retail VM operations.
  • Ability to lift and move VM assets and materials as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Manager with production coordination for all North America VM projects, including seasonal props, visual tools, duratrans and video roll-out, and NA windows.
  • Support timeline management by tracking key deadlines, preparing install materials, and ensuring all deliverables are organized and ready for rollout.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing assets, including sample intake, labeling, filing, and storage.
  • Support store-level installation readiness for major activations (flagships, Destination 1, key seasonal campaigns).
  • Route global samples, prototypes, and production assets to the appropriate teams and regions.
  • Track global window shipments, deliveries, and asset movement.
  • Maintain and update global production trackers, calendars, and documentation packets.
  • Assist with preparing materials for global QC reviews and rollout readiness.
  • Maintain production documentation including spec files, timelines, calendars, trackers, and inventory logs.
  • Prepare and organize materials for vendor reviews, global rollouts, installations, and internal meetings.
  • Support cross-functional synchronization by ensuring teams receive accurate and timely information.
  • Assist in the archiving and organization of production documents, samples, and season assets.
  • Support budget workflows by logging invoices, tracking POs, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Consolidate receipt and delivery confirmations and support reconciliation under Assistant Manager direction.
  • Maintain organized financial and vendor documentation for production projects.
  • Partner with key internal teams to support execution excellence, including: VM Execution Team, VM Design Team, and North America VM Field Teams.
  • Provide on-site support for major installations in North America (flagships, Destination 1 stores, priority seasonal campaigns).
  • Assist with pack-in/pack-out, installation prep, and ensuring the correct materials are present and accurate.
  • Document and support internal QC needs as delegated.
