About The Position

Responsible for scheduling production of blends on the mixers and packing machines. Must maintain communication with Production, Customer Service, Inventory, and Quality Control departments to ensure ship dates are being met.

Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
Proficient with Elite Spice Management
Ability to prioritize tasks and balance daily duties with long term tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work well under stress
Ability to be organized and follow up on tasks

Responsibilities

Update and distribute schedules daily, or more often as needed
Log previous day’s production totals
Print batch cards
Communicate regularly with Production to ensure schedules are being followed and revise as necessary
Coordinate packing of spices with Mill Production Coordinator
Schedule blends on mixers and packing machines
Submit formulation requests to Inventory and give Formulation scheduled batch cards
Communicate with Customer Service to ensure ship dates are being met and inform of any delays
Monitor shortage list and schedule accordingly
Monitor blend stock levels and schedule accordingly
Attend all applicable meetings and trainings
Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor
