About The Position
Ware Malcomb is seeking a Production Coordinator for their Advanced Projects Group. This role supports the Project Architect or Project Manager in delivering innovative design projects, assisting with consultant and internal team coordination, maintaining project drawings, and providing production support. The position is ideal for a recent graduate or junior architect looking to gain exposure to multiple project stages under the guidance of experienced professionals. The team focuses on complex, large-scale advanced manufacturing projects, including semiconductor fabrication, partnering with global technology leaders. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to highly visible, technically demanding projects shaping the future of advanced industries.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the field of Architecture preferred, including relevant internship experience. Recent or upcoming graduates will also be considered.
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up
- Architecture degree or Technical College Degree/Certificate
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project documents using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Job Captain for project coordination, including consultant team interactions and construction service.
- Help with submittals for jurisdictional agencies.
- Engage with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
