A Production Cook at American Dining Creations will cook meals in large quantities according to menu, recipes, and number of portions to be served, including batch cooking. The role involves preparing high-quality meals for distribution throughout the local school system, measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients, and operating industrial equipment. The cook will also be responsible for organizing stock, following safety and nutrition guidelines, maintaining a clean workspace, recording data, and cleaning up at the end of each shift. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
