Requirements

HS Diploma or GED equivalent
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP, ESVR, & TEGO
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Production Control, Warehousing, Issuing Parts, and Complete Store Backs
Experience in DIVEs, QCPC, and CORE
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Run in cell day to day operations, coordinating with team members in charge of sup-cells to ensure parts are delivered in a timely manner.
Work directly with the front-line Supervisor as the primary point of contact in the Shop Floor, assisting with the material movement, Completing Swaps/Exchanges/Loans, and other Shop Floor functions to ensure the quality and accuracy of the product being delivered.
Monitor, address, and maintain shortage levels of each engine to support production schedules.
Participate in Morning Tier 1 SPS meetings with your team so everyone has a clear understanding of the day’s expectations.
Monitor and ensure processes meet company objectives, goals and targets.
Direct material flow and communications through proper channels.
Identify and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
