About The Position

Support the PC Specialist and Production teams with scheduling, shipping and receiving.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read and write English required
• Basic math skills required

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Industrial experience of at least three years preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization and with the customer.
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed, including Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Enter receipts into CMS as they are received daily.
• Perform cycle counts daily.
• Receive in Weights, and other small components and place corresponding orders to suppliers.
• Create and send wheel orders and delivery schedule to suppliers.
• BOL’s – verify manifest, make any necessary adjustments and post.
• Post Production.
• Verify scrap tires before shipment to recycler.
• Keep floor organized and neat as needed.
• 100% attendance at all inventories.
• Any other duties that is required.
