About The Position

Schedule and monitor production from receipt of order to shipment of goods. Review and maintain production schedules to meet on-time delivery and efficiency goals. Control the flow of technical data through the issuing of work tickets and routers to the production floor. Provide oversight for inventory control functions, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory. Track and obtain the status of parts in the production system. Resolve any scheduling conflicts or shortages. Analyze multi-level bills of material and methods to ensure that all parts are completed per the master production schedule. Create detailed files and records on all projects from bid to completion of the project.

Requirements

Experience in a production control role in a manufacturing plant
Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) software
Experience with warehousing or inventory control
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
