About The Position

This role is for a Production Control/ Logistics Team Member on the 2nd shift. The primary responsibilities involve operating material handling equipment, managing raw materials, and moving finished goods within the plant. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Requirements

• Must have above average attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain a license for fork trucks (sit down fork trucks) and tuggers.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs continuously.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating all material handling equipment as needed (i.e. tugger, fork truck, walk-behind stacker)
• Unloading boxes from raw material racks and repacking into line side totes.
• Moving finished goods to the finished goods rollers from the final assembly lines.
• Understanding proper handling methods of components.
• Understanding the plant address system.
• Have high awareness for safety.
• Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
