Production Control Coordinator
About The Position
The Production Control Coordinator performs essential duties related to ensuring Hanwha safety procedures are followed, supporting system implementation and operation, and acting as a liaison between production teams and system teams. This role involves collaborating across departments, supporting process standardization, and assisting with the PES system application and shop-floor integration. The coordinator will participate in shipbuilding projects, review and validate project data, conduct system integration testing, provide post-go-live support, and train end-users on system adoption. Feedback collection and coordination of improvements with the PI team are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or higher required
- SAP or Non-SAP(Legacy system) experience is required
- Strong understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations
- Able to communication effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all Hanwha safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met
- Ensure safety compliance during system implementation and operation
- Act as an interface between production (Hull, Outfitting, Painting, Scaffolding) and system teams
- Support process standardization
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Support PES system application and shop-floor integration
- Participate in shipbuilding projects and report task progress
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Review and validate project data including SAP/non-SAP data
- Perform System Integration Testing, pre go-live system integration testing
- Provide post go-live stabilization support and resolve initial operational issues
- Conduct “End User” training and support system adoption
- Collect user feedback and coordinate improvements with the PI team
