About The Position

This role is critical to keeping our lab operations running smoothly ensuring samples are accurately tracked, prioritized, and processed so our analysts and scientists can deliver timely, high-quality data to clients.

Requirements

This position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). All considered applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee or Refugee
Samples are handled with accuracy and no loss of traceability
Work is delivered on time with minimal delays and no errors
Lab operations stay organized and efficient during peak volume
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
Proactive in identifying and solving problems
Strong communicator across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics, inventory control, lab operations, or production coordination preferred
Understanding of workflow, lead times, and prioritization

Responsibilities

Track, label, store, and ship client samples with high accuracy and full traceability
Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks to keep work moving
Coordinate with scientists, engineers, and operations teams
Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Follow established procedures and maintain organized records
Support cross-functional teams, including occasional courier duties
