About The Position

The Production Control Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the production workflow within a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing facility. This position involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
2+ years of experience in production control, scheduling, or manufacturing operations, preferably in the PCB industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity.
Coordinate with various departments (engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain) to ensure alignment on production goals.
Track production progress and output against schedules.
Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate any potential delays or issues to management and propose solutions.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules.
Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Serve as a liaison between production, engineering, and customer service to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
Participate in cross-functional teams to address production challenges and enhance operational performance.
