Requirements
- Strong understanding of procurement processes within an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of production consumables and chemical products used in industrial operations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Rigor, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
- Ability to perform effectively in a demanding and fast-paced industrial environment.
- Engineering degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in industrial procurement, ideally in the management of production consumables or chemical products within an industrial environment.
- Position based in Casablanca.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of production consumables, particularly chemical products and inputs required for the proper operation of the Group’s industrial sites.
- Contribute to optimizing costs, lead times, and supply quality in collaboration with technical and operational teams at the plants.
- Identify, qualify, and develop a high-performing supplier panel at both national and international levels.
- Lead sourcing processes, analyze supplier proposals, and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
- Prepare and monitor procurement contracts while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
- Conduct market and technological monitoring to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.
