The role As a Production and Community Support Specialist, you will orchestrate our visual creation operations and brand reach by managing the logistics for photoshoots, ambassadors, and events. You will be the key person ensuring everything runs smoothly while strictly respecting budgets and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in photo production, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent ability to make quick decisions on set to resolve unforeseen issues with agility.
  • Strong organizational skills in logistics and budgeting coupled with a great aesthetic eye.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
  • Basic proficiency in French is imperative for all positions, given our operating context in Quebec.
  • Positions involving exchanges with customers or external parties located outside Quebec require proficiency in English as an essential requirement.

  • We will also give priority to candidates residing in Montreal during the recruitment process. However, we may consider recruiting talents from outside the region to ensure the quality and diversity of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage photoshoots from start to finish, including talent sourcing, location scouting, contract management, casting, budget negotiation, permit requests and more.
  • Plan and oversee the full logistics for shoots, covering equipment, travel, and team accommodations and more.
  • Create and manage detailed production schedules, assigning specific tasks to the creative team to ensure an optimal workflow.
  • Act as a stylist and adjust looks according to the creative concept for projects that do not require an external stylist.
  • Oversee image post-production, secure content backup, and draft post-mortem reports for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure rigorous overall budget management, including invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
  • Draft comprehensive post-mortem reports after every major production to fuel our continuous improvement efforts.
  • Actively participate in the logistical organization of sponsored events and on the field activations.
  • Support ambassador relations, including publications tracking, product seeding logistics and more.
  • Manage the logistics, development, and production of internal merchandising products.
