About The Position

The Production Clerk supports daily operations within a manufacturing environment by handling production documentation, reporting, and system updates. This role ensures accuracy in production records and supports communication between production teams.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Manufacturing or distribution experience

Responsibilities

• Print and manage picking lists and work orders in ERP system
• Release, track, and complete production batches
• Review production paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Report finished goods (cases, units, and pounds) per work order
• Perform cycle counts and material verification
• Track machine speeds and production output
• Create end-of-shift production reports
• Communicate with production teams and incoming/outgoing shifts
• Assist with troubleshooting system or documentation issues
• Support onboarding/check-in of temporary employees as needed
• Provide general administrative support to production leadership
